Tattered and timeworn treasures of the heart....

Hello Everyone......I'm back!
I bet you were wondering if I was ever going to post again....
Well, to be honest, I was getting a little bored with my blog..
and I wasn't sure what to post about.

I'm not sure what my readers come back for......
What are you interested in?

Free Images for your artwork?

Vintage photos?

Home Decorating tips, photos, and ideas?

Craft tutorials?

Or, More about me and my life ?
(which is very "normal" and sometimes boring)

Please comment and let me know.

Photos from our Camping trip to
Pike's Peak (in Marquette, Iowa) last weekend.
(By the way, we did get a new camper and it is beautiful!)
We took our grandaughters and had a good time.

There were lots of humming bird feeders hanging from a tree.
I tried to capture some of the little buggers with my camera, they are so fast,
I was surprised I got some pretty decent shots

Here is a few pictures taken at the look out point..
You can see for miles and miles and miles and miles......

Here is my granddaughter, Kaitlynn, pretending to be
Rose from the movie "Titanic"

Two weekends ago, we went on an excursion to
"Little Norway" in Mount Horeb, Wisconsin.

They had beautiful gardens there.....
I was more interested in the flowers than anything else....
I wish I had gorgeous flowers like these in my yard.
I guess that may come true when
I hire my gardener/chef/housekeeper!

Soooooooooo, I guess I have been kind of busy...
camping, retirement and anniversary parties,
8th grade graduation (congratulations Kimmy!)
The usual thrifting excursions, working, etc.etc.etc.

Warm weather months don't last too long in Wisconsin.
We have to enjoy them when we can.

Take care, and many hugs to all of you!
